Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how WebDruids (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, and shares personal information when you visit reddit.webdruids.com, communicate with us, or engage our Reddit placement services.

What we collect

  • Lead information — name, work email, company URL, monthly volume, and message content you send through our forms or chat channels (WhatsApp, Telegram, email).
  • Site usage — IP address, user agent, pages viewed, referring URL, and basic interaction events (clicks, scroll depth).
  • Marketing identifiers — Meta Pixel cookies (_fbp, _fbc), and other ad-platform identifiers for measurement and retargeting.

How we use it

  • To respond to your enquiries and deliver requested services.
  • To measure ad performance and de-duplicate conversions via the Meta Conversions API. We hash personal identifiers (SHA-256) before sending them server-to-server.
  • To improve the site, detect abuse, and meet our legal and contractual obligations.

Sharing

We share data only with vendors who help us operate the service — hosting, CRM (HubSpot), email delivery, analytics, and ad platforms (Meta, Google) — under standard data-processing terms. We never sell personal information.

White-label confidentiality

Most of our clients buy under a white-label agreement. We do not disclose client identities, domains, or campaign details to third parties, and we treat them as confidential information by default.

Cookies & tracking

We use first-party functional cookies and third-party advertising cookies (Meta Pixel). You can disable them via your browser settings. A consent banner is on the roadmap; until it ships, traffic is treated as consenting under our legitimate-interest basis for measurement (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).

Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (EU/UK GDPR, California CCPA, etc.) you have rights to access, correct, delete, port, or object to the processing of your personal data. Exercise them by emailing [email protected].

Retention

Lead data is retained for the duration of the commercial relationship plus 24 months, then deleted or anonymized. Server logs are rotated within 90 days. CRM data follows the schedule above.
