Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of the WebDruids website and any Reddit placement services we provide. By using the site or engaging our services you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

We provide Reddit placement services on a per-link basis at the tiered prices published on this site, with custom volume pricing on request. Each engagement is governed by a separate order or master service agreement signed by both parties.

2. Replacement promise

Any placement that is removed by Reddit moderators within 90 days of delivery will be replaced on the same niche at no additional cost. The promise covers moderator removals only and does not cover client-requested edits, content changes, or anchor replacements after delivery.

3. Acceptable use

Reddit placements may not promote categories that violate Reddit's content policy, applicable law, or our acceptable-use policy (e.g. adult content for minors, illicit drugs, weapons, harassment, deceptive financial schemes). We reserve the right to refuse or terminate any engagement that breaches these rules.

4. White-label arrangement

Agency clients may resell our work as their own. We agree not to publicly disclose the relationship. Resale must comply with these Terms, and the agency remains responsible for its end-clients' compliance.

5. Pricing & payment

Pricing is quoted per link and varies by tier. Invoices are due net-7 unless otherwise agreed. Payment is by bank transfer or supported card rails. Late invoices accrue 1.5%/month after 14 days.

6. Confidentiality

Each party will protect the other's confidential information with reasonable care and use it only for the purposes of the engagement. Obligations survive termination for 3 years.

7. Warranties & disclaimers

We perform services in a professional, workmanlike manner. Beyond the replacement promise, services are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or revenue. Aggregate liability is capped at fees paid in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the operating jurisdiction specified in your master service agreement. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes are communicated by email to active clients at least 30 days before becoming effective.
